Overview
On September 11th, Carolina Forest NJROTC held their biannual Ice Cream Social in the cafeteria of the high school. Cadets, their family, and their friends were invited to the school to eat ice cream, learn about the program, and check out the many teams and activities it contains. The night was kicked off at 6:00 PM with a general announcement by the Naval Science Instructor, Chief Thompson.
Cadets & parents were encouraged to check out the teams: Drill, Academic, Rifle, Orienteering, Cyber Patriot, and Drone tables showing many different opportunities the program has to offer. While ice cream was being served, a duo exhibition performance was being executed perfectly by E. Grant, C. Brice, M. Lekawa, and T. Evans. Thank you to everyone who showed up and supported the Carolina Forest NJROTC!!!
