Sea Perch Meet

Overview

On April 26, our Carolina Forest NJROTC competed at the North Myrtle Beach Seaperch Meet. During this event, cadets build underwater robots and steer them through different obstacles and currents. Each team divides its members into roles: a pilot, someone who holds the wires to prevent tangling underwater, and a guide who helps the pilot navigate the course. To conclude the competition, our current Commanding Officer, C/LCDR Meadow Myers, won the award for the best pilot, and our Sea Perch team took 2nd place in the event! Congrats to the Seaperch Team!
