Overview
On May 30th, Carolina Forest NJROTC partook in the Veterans Golf Tournament hosted by Myrtle Beach National. The event was a big step for this years Staff with the majority of cades that did the event were newly chosen Staff. The cadets job were to take out the American flag on specific holes for the golfers to put and then put the flag back after they were done. This event in particular gives cadets a chance to be given a highly coveted challenge coin from the golfers which only the luckiest or precise could be given. The event went smoothly apart from some unlucky moments that can only occur to a specific cadet, otherwise whole event went well. Congrats to everybody that participated in the event and especially those given a challenge coin!!!
