Commanding Officer
Our new Commanding Officer Heller is a senior in high school and has been in the NJROTC unit for 4 years. Her job as Commanding Officer is to oversee the entire unit and make sure all the aspects of the program run smoothly. She looks forward to seeing how the upcoming sophomores and juniors show their ability to lead. Her goal for this year is to ensure a welcoming environment and allow cadets to feel comfortable in commanding, following others, and getting out of their comfort zone.
Executive Officer
Our new Executive Officer Sarah Flemmer is a senior in high school and has been in the NJROTC uni for 4 years. Her job as Executive Officer is to make sure there are no concerns and issues as well as make sure things run smoothly with the team commanders. She looks forward to making new connections with the unit as well as making a difference in the unit. Her goal for this year is to ensure that the unit is a welcoming environment for anyone and everyone.
Public Affairs Officer
Our new Public Affairs Officer Isabela Goebel is a senior in high school and has been in the NJROTC unit for 3 years. Her job as Public Affairs Officer is to write articles, take pictures, interview cadets, and run our website. She looks forward to working with staff and new cadets in the unit. Her goal for this year is to create new friendships with upcoming cadets.
Media Officer
Our new Media Officer Madison Piscopo is a senior in high school and has been in the NJROTC unit for 4 years. Her job as a media officer is to work alongside the Public Affairs Officer and run social media as well as take pictures. She looks forward to working alongside the new staff and having a great last year. Her goal is to define what a media officer is and to do her best as the first-ever media officer.
Color Guard Officer
Our new Color Guard Officer William Mincey is a junior in high school and has been in the NJROTC unit for 3 years. His job as a Color Guard Officer is to organize color guards and make sure flag details are taken care of. He looks forward to having a successful year and a successful unit as a whole. His goals for this year are to be successful in the drill team and have an exceptional year.
Weapons Officer
Our new Weapons Officer Shelby Hedges is a junior in high school and has been in the NJROTC unit for 3 years. Her job as a Weapons Officer is to clean the rifles and swords as well as fix damaged rifles. She looks forward to making more friends and succeeding in the unit with all of her other friends. Her goal for this year is to succeed at being a weapons officer and prove that even though she's a female she can still do just as good as a man can.
Command Senior Chief
Our new Command Senior Chief Morgan Williams is a senior in high school and has been in the NJROTC unit for 4 years. Her job as Command Senior Chief is to communicate with freshmen, give promotion tests, and help create independent leaders. She looks forward to building a solid relationship with her fellow peers. Her goal for this year is to make Co, Xo, Chief Thompson, and Captain Boyle proud.
Operations Officer
Our new Operations Officer Emma Purvis is a senior in high school and has been in the NJROTC unit for 3 years. Her job as Operations Officer is to keep a record of all the upcoming events. She looks forward to having an amazing last year. Her goal is to improve the unit as much as she can throughout her last year.
Supply Officer
Our new Supply Officer Mackenzie Praet is a junior in high school and has been in the NJROTC unit for 3 years. Her job as Supply Officer is to stay in charge and distribute all uniform items, PT clothes, and other supplies. She looks forward to improving the unit as a whole. Her goal for this year is to reorganize the supply room and create a better system.
Community Outreach Officer
Our new Community Outreach Officer Lauren Spain is a junior in high school and has been in the unit for 3 years. Her job as a Community Outreach Officer is to find community service events that cadets can participate in. She looks forward to introducing new community service events to JROTC. Her goal for this year is to earn more points in the end-of-the-year report than last year.
Administrative Officer
Our new Admin Officer Celeste Ngo is a senior in high school and has been in the NJROTC unit for 3 years. Her job as Admin Officer is to put all the cadet’s information in CDMIS which is a system that the Navy regulates to keep track of every single cadet that comes in and out of the unit. The information she puts into CDMIS is awards, community service hours, and promotions. She looks forward to working with the new staff members and creating memorable moments with new cadets. Her goal is to encourage others to follow in her footsteps and make the most out of her JROTC experience.
