Carolina Forest's NJROTC unit volunteered to participate in the Market Commons parade in honor of Memorial Day. Although it's humid, our cadets are willing to partake in a mile-long march on their weekend to celebrate the federal holiday! In addition, we devised a Color Guard to respect the working soldiers who have served our country, both present, and past. Furthermore, these parades are more than just an event for our cadets. They are a way to promote our nation's military, showcase the hard-working men and women in the country, and inspire others to follow our example!
