Overview
On September 19th, 2026, Carolina Forest NJROTC participated in the annual Aynor Hoe Down Parade, which is in its 46th edition and kicks off the Aynor Hoe-Down Festival. Carolina Forest wasn’t the only NJROTC unit; Aynor, Green Sea Floyd, and North Myrtle Beach High School also participated in the parade. Carolina Forest had a banner, color guard, & a drum played by one of our own cadets, Liam Smalls. The platoon sang jodies and kept in step throughout the whole parade. Congratulations to the cadets that participated in the parade and thank everything nobody passed out!
