Overview
During the summer, Areas Six and Seven collaborated to host the first Joint Leadership Academy. The Academy primarily emphasizes physical training and drilling while maintaining a focus on academics. Cadets were required to commence their mornings at 0530 for physical training sessions, including exercises such as push-ups, six-inch leg raises, squats, and rifle drills. In addition to physical training, cadets attended classes covering topics such as motivation and leadership.
The final day of the program featured a graduation ceremony, during which cadets were awarded ribbons, diplomas, and cords in recognition of their completion of Leadership Academy. Congratulations to all the graduates of Leadership Academy for their commendable achievements.
