How Cadets Build Each Other in the Unit

Campus Clean Up

Improving Others

Cadets build each other in the unit during community service events, physical training, promotions, and drilling. Since new cadets are unfamiliar with the program’s customs, the Juniors and Seniors teach them drilling movements, how to promote to higher ranks and motivate them through intense training. Naturally, the upperclassmen establish a healthy bond with their peers and guide future officers in the program. With this, people learn patience and help each other in any situation to ensure an encouraging environment during physical training, marching, and academics to better everyone!

Encouragement

It’s not just the older cadets that uplift each other, underclassmen also take the initiative to improve the unit! Officers appreciate when other cadets express and contribute their ideas and say what they want to achieve while in this program. They understand when anyone gives them critiques and genuinely appreciate constructive criticism because there is always room for improvement at any level! With that said, each cadet is valuable and builds each other and the unit to become the best it can be!
