Overview
On January 20th Carolina Forest High School NJROTC participated in the Georgetown Drill Meet. This specific drill meet was a “sanction” drill meet, which means cadets get inspected, perform drill routines, and compete in a physical training portion. The physical training consisted of a sit-up, push-up, and baton run. The drill routines consisted of Varsity Colorguard, Unarmed platoon, Armed platoon, Unarmed exhibition, and Armed exhibition. This was a big accomplishment for our cadets since this has been our first sanction drill meet in 2 years. A big thanks and congratulations to all of the cadets who put in the hard work and dedication to make this drill meet possible.
