Overview
On Friday, December 6, the Carolina Forest NJROTC unit completed its Area Managers Inspection (AMI) conducted by the Area Seven Manager CAPT Jerry Hupp (Ret). Before the pass-in review, all of the cadets taking NJROTC this semester were inspected on personal military appearance, and attendance, with our unit receiving an exceptional overall.
Ceremony
Next, was the ceremony and pass-in review, where multiple cadets were recognized for many different awards, like promotions, military appearance award, and the cadets of the quarter. During the pass-in review, the cadets inspected and all of the staff, with help from the Carolina Forest Band, marched and presented themselves to Captain Hupp. After proceeding through the pass-in review, the unit staff impressed Captain Hupp with the program’s activities, public image, and functionality in the staff brief, in which all of staff briefed Captain Hupp about the events that have and will happen within the unit and their goals for the next year. AMI went exceptionally well, with our Carolina Forest NJROTC scoring the highest grade in all criteria, we are proud of how much the unit has achieved since our unit's creation in 2001!
